Hi! I was wondering how to get to this spot. I’ve been looking at some of the entry ways, and I just want to make sure that I’m going in the right direction. I’m a UCLA student, and I was looking for a good trip to take my floor in the residential halls on. Thank you!

The actual trail is called “Topanga Overlook”, we parked about where this map indicates: http://www.thishikingtrail.com/hikes-in-california/63-topanga-overlook.html
and followed the direction from “Afoot and Afield in Los Angeles.” It looks like there’s a slightly different path available if you follow these directions: http://www.examiner.com/x-4400-LA-Outdoor-Recreation-Examiner~y2009m5d13-Parker-Mesa-Overlook-in-Topanga-State-Park
